Terrible experience here so PLEASE don’t spend your hard earned money at these apartments! Took the 2 and a half months to install an a/c system then 1 week after it has been installed it breaks down again and they have yet to fix it.
Hello, Thank you for stopping by and reading this review, out of your day. Let’s start here I moved into these apartments on May 12, 2023, Mother’s Day weekend, and was out by January 20th, 2024. After we moved in a faulty dishwasher and washing machine and it took quite some time for my maintenance request to be worked due to some of the residents being without AC which I understood took priority. Never got a follow-up call or courtesy call with a timeframe to look forward to. Secondly, my water heater busted which caused a flood which then inconvenienced us. Now this was a normal thing in this apartment complex we would receive an email at least 5 to 7 times a month about the water being shut off. I noticed a trend and made a decision to move me and my kids out, I started looking for a home. Not to mention “ALL” these ridiculous fees that don't make any sense and when asked to explain they have no clue. I have paid two months of rent after moving out in January and just received a final bill of over $400 for water/sewer (I haven't used) then electricity ( I haven't used) and a final bill fee ( for what) when asked couldn't explain. Sad. This company is Allegiant Cater is a joke and if asked if would I recommend this apartment complex my answer would be no. Good news I'm a homeowner and I'm so glad I made that move quickly.
I went from paying $600 rent at my old apartment to way over $1k because I wanted something more luxurious & that came with better amenities. My last apartment was way better and I literally had 0 problems staying there, since I’ve moved in I’ve been harassing them about fixing my thermostat & my shower. At this point, I just want to cry & move. Seriously, I pay over 1k & can’t even get a working thermostat or a shower that isn’t falling apart. I’m extremely irritated, I’ve been very patient. I don’t understand why it takes so long to fix something so simple. I feel like my apartment was not up to par before moving in, I should not be having these same issues 6 months later.
The Staff is great. Demond and Trey are the best maintenance men since I have been staying here.
